Obituary of Barbara Helen Voje

Barbara Helen Voje, age 74, of Kendall Park, NJ, passed away unexpectedly on October 1, 2022 at Penn Medicine University Medical Center of Princeton, Plainsboro, NJ.

She was born in New Brunswick, NJ and the only child of the late Hans Kristian Johan Voje and Birgit Eriksen. Barbara grew up in the Griggstown section of Franklin Township and was a 1965 graduate of Franklin High School. She earned her Associates Degree in 1967 from Concordia Junior College, Bronxville, New York. During her career with IBM, she was one of their top producers in marketing and sales. In her retirement years, Barbara was a very accomplished watercolor artist, enjoyed doing needlework, spending time with her dog Tiny, and staying in touch with her many friends. She also has cousins in Norway.

Barbara will be missed by the many friends she has made over the years, for her outgoing personality, and for always being ready to help anyone in any way she could.

Cremation under the direction of M.J. Murphy Funeral Home, Monmouth Junction, NJ will be private. A gathering in her remembrance will be held at a later date.
