Obituary of Marsha May Byron
Marsha May Byron, 73, of Dayton died Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Born in Nuremberg, Germany, she was raised in Oswigo, NY resided in Edison and North Brunswick before moving to Dayton in 1976. Marsha was a secretary for the Delaware-Raritan Girl Scouts, East Brunswick. She was a member of St. Augustine of Canterbury Church serving as the wedding coordinator. A member of the Columbiettes of Immaculate Conception Church and a volunteer at the New Brunswick Food Pantry.
Daughter of the late Fred and Emily (McDowell) Williams, she is survived by her husband of 50 years, Harold J. Byron, a daughter Jennifer A. Byron, 4 sisters and a brother in law Carol Nagy, Cheryll Pilone and her husband William, Debbie Williams, Lorraine Williams, 3 grandchildren Jordan Miller, Jaylon Drake and Grace Drake.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 am on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at St. Augustine of Canterbury Church 45 Henderson Road, Kendall Park.
Burial will follow in the Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick.
A visitation will be held Wednesday morning from 8:30 am until 9:30 am at the MJ Murphy Funeral Home 616 Ridge Road at New Road, Monmouth Junction.
