Obituary of Robert H. Klach
Robert H. Klach, 89, of Hatfield, PA passed away on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Meadowood Senior Living in Worcester, PA. He was born in Newark, NJ, lived in Rockaway, NJ, and resided in Hatfield, PA since 2008. He was a member of Gwynedd Square Presbyterian Church of Landsdale, PA and sang in the church choir. Robert served in the United States Navy as a First Class Petty Officer during the Korean War. He was a graduate from MIT with a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering. He worked in the aerospace industry, having been employed at RCA in Hightstown, NJ for 10 years and Smiths Industries in Florham Park, NJ until his retirement.
Predeceased by his parents Henry and Elsie (Schisler) Klach; and wife Gail (Pearce) Klach; he is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law Jennifer Klach and Scott McCormick and Michele Klach-Johnston and Tom Johnston, grandchildren Jeremy Klach, Emelie Johnston, and Caden Johnston; and sister Carol Young.
Visitation will be held from 9–10 am on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 with a funeral service at 10am at M.J. Murphy Funeral Home, 616 Ridge Rd. at New Rd., Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852. Burial will follow in Dayton Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
