Ken and I worked together in the early 2000s and stayed friends thereafter. In the last few 2-3 years we talked about getting together to hang but the damn virus did not allow it. I remember the great times we had. Rest In Peace forever old friend.

Ken and I worked together roughly 20 years ago. We shared our love of great music, rock literature, shows, and pugs. We had been out of touch since 2005 and googled him recently to see what he was up to. Devastated to see the news. Ken was a lovely fun and gracious person who made work more enjoyable and turned me on to Johnny Marr, etc. and I wish we had kept in touch. I am sharing his loss today with fellow co-workers who are, like me saddened and shocked. that our rocker co-worker has passed on.

My deepest of sympathies. I was floored when I heard about the loss of this fine gentleman. Ken was truly unique, and was not shy to say so. He possed a sly wit, a sharp tongue, and a bright soul. May the grief of his loved ones be brief and his memory eternal.

My sincerest condolences to the Jackson family and La. Since meeting Ken in the mid-90’s, I can’t think of a time we weren’t talking daily about music, guitars, art, film, or any and everything cool. Always making plans to go see a band - so many memories, but the most vivid are going to see Oasis everywhere we could, sitting 6th row for The Cure at the Beacon, 8th row for Depeche Mode at MSG, watching Echo & the Bunnymen doing “Ocean Rain” with the orchestra behind them at Radio City, and the Springsteen show at MetLife with the perfect setlist, that his entire fan base now talks about online, wishing they saw. I got to play music with Ken, but ultimately met him because I was a fan of Riverside. I took the attached photo of them when the one time they reunited, and it remains one of my all-time favorites, because it shows Ken with his 12-string Rickenbacker. When he picked that guitar up, magic happened. To say he will be missed is an understatement.

My sincerest condolences to the Jackson Family and dear friends. Ken and I knew each other for 20 plus years. We met through a mutual friend and always seemed to keep in touch running into each other in Princeton. He would tell me about the best new Brit pop import he just bought and I would tell him about the newest Creed fragrance. Always so kind and thoughtful, I am really going to miss him.

I would like to offer my deepest condolences to Ken's family, partner, and dear friends. I knew Kenneth back in the early 90s when he was playing with Riverside. I still love "One." He was an amazing encyclopedia of music - especially of the dreamy Brit-pop, pre-indie, and rock genres. I'm sure there were more, but these were some we discussed. Always dapper and ready for an occasion, he had great style and charisma. I wish all who love and know Ken peace and comfort during this difficult time.

Our sincerest condolences to the Jackson family and my cousin La Baeta.
Bob and I met Kenneth and hung out with him and La a few times over the years. He was warm and funny and had great taste in music. I never forget watching him play with his beloved Sadie the pug (RIP) in the home he shared with La. The love he gave is surely the love he received.

Although Kenneth and I were years apart I admired him because I could tell he was brought up with good family values and a moral compass the same values I instilled in my two boys. His personality was magnetic you are drawn to his kindness warm smile and soft spoken works, he had a great sense of humor and very intelligent.
We would meet for lunch in the Freeway Mall and talk about anything and everything.
so I was glad to hear he got a good job with NRG Energy.

Kenneth was truly one of a kind. We both worked together at NRG for the past couple of years and became good friends. I enjoyed talking about the Beatles, Oasis, other bands with him and going out to lunch around Princeton. He had a sense of humor that would have me laughing hysterically every day. I will miss sharing laughs and listening to his wise advice.
Rest in peace my friend,

It was with deep sadness and shock that we heard of Kens’ passing. We met him at his brother Greg’s wedding to my sister in 2007. Though we didn’t know him well, it was clear that he was a much loved son, brother and partner to his family. He was taken far too young but lived life to the full and will live on through the lives of his family and friends that loved him.
Rest in Peace Ken, you will be sorely missed

I am deeply sorrowed and shocked by the loss of Ken. He was a sweet soul, talented musician, kind, funny and had an impeccable eye for fashion. I will always remember our good times with our fifth avenue runs to Barneys and Bergdorf, spicy food jaunts and listening to the beats. Rest in Peace my friend.

In shock as I spent so much time growing up with Ken, as we lived on Benjamin Ct.together. Ken was reserved usually in our younger days, yet I could get him to laugh hard. He would sit on my front porch that I shared with Rich Shmitt, where I lived at 106 Benjamin Ct. His younger brothers would come and hang out with us while skateboarding, listening to music, playing tennis, video games, at the pool, or sharing something to eat or drink on our front porch..usually pizza and soda. I would often hear his Mother yell that dinner was ready and then he would go inside. I think about those days often, as I moved out of the development when I was 20 at the same time my mother passed away from cancer immediately after. He was always welcomed in our home, and my Mom thought he was great! I always wondered about Ken, Greg, and JJ his brothers. Nobody ever could say a bad word about him, not one, as he was a most honorable friend and I valued his friendship very much. This pains me greatly with tears in my eyes. The only memories I had with him are good ones. Only smiles when I think of him and how important he was to me from the ages of 12 to 20, and it was an honor to be his friend, and I hope he knew how much I appreciated him at that time in my life, and still even now. I bow my head down in his memory with tremendous respect like he gave to all, and I light a candle in remembrance of my friend Ken. I will remember his smile and laugh always. May his family and close friends have peace at this time, as there aren't enough words to describe how important Ken was as my friend growing up. I will happily donate to the ASPCA in his remembrance and honor, as I am also an animal advocate, and it's the least I can do for Ken as he only left me with fond memories. I'll see you on the other side dear friend. May you rest in peace, and play your love of music in the Heavens for all to hear! My heart will always hold a piece of you in it, and it breaks now as I'm in shock. Gone way too soon. Your in the Heavenly clouds now, and you took your Stairway to Heaven.....play on up there. You will be missed by so many. Life isn't fair, and I find it impossible to talk about you in the past tense. Heaven has another angel. You've left us with memories of love and appreciation, and will cherish the times we did have. Let me hear you play when I get there, as many will be waiting to see and hear you again. Rest in eternal peace. Love, Robbin G. Wolf

Ken was the first “cool older brother” that I ever knew. I remember when Jeff brought his first Riverside CD to my house and truly digging his music; thinking to myself “Wow, I actually know a rockstar!” Sure, he may have beat Jeff and I up once or twice but trust me...we deserved it. Ken, you’re a rockstar, keep playing songs for all of us because it’s the soundtrack we all want to sing along to and desperately need.
