Gilberto was a great friend and I will miss him dearly. He was one of the hardest working men I ever knew and he would do anything in his power to help someone. He was so rare, and I am so glad I got to know him over the years. We were both Bakers so I got to work with him a lot in different bakeries over the years. I enjoyed working with him at his bake shop so much. I would come to visit him and he had no time to talk so I just pitched in so we could chat. I will never forget you Gilberto and to his wife and Daughter, I loved your husband and dad like a brother. I only got to chat with him on messenger the last few days before his passing, and I prayed that he would get better. God's plans for us are so great and it is hard for us to understand. I am so sorry for your loss and I believe he is with our Father in Heaven now watching over us. He was such a great person and I miss him so much already. I know many other bakers that worked with Gilberto, who all feel the same way I do. He had the most precious and big heart. He always made me smile. Goodbye for now my friend, we will all meet again.
