Anna Adams 101 and two thirds of Franklin Park died Sunday December 23 ,2018 at Regency Heritage Jewish Nursing Center . Born in Philadelphia Pa in 1917 she has moved to New York City at age of 2 .At age 12 she left school to be a seamstress to help support her family during the Great Depression . Met her husband Richard Adams and married in 1941 just before World War 2 started . They had two children : Vivian and Richie and moved to Long Island in 1958 . After 30 years on LI decided to move to Franklin Park with her husband in 1988. She loved cooking especially Italian food and made a great Chicken Parmigiana.
The visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 2, 2018 from 3-6 pm at the M.J. Murphy Funeral Home 616 Ridge Road at New Road, Monmouth Junction. The Funeral Service will be held 11:00 on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
