Euda Barrios, 86, of Plainsboro passed away on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at Merwick Care & Rehab Center of Plainsboro with her husband and caring staff by her side.
Born in Cartagena, Colombia, moved to New York in February of 1970, and was a resident of Plainsboro for the past 14 years. Euda enjoyed spending time with her family, sewing, reminiscing about her beautiful Colombia and music. At times you can hear her humming or singing around the house. She also loved her NY Yankees baseball. Nothing would come between her and her baseball team.
Daughter of the late Gabriel and Ana (Arellano) Pajaro. She is survived by her husband Enrique Barrios of 47 years, her daughter Iris Barrios, her granddaughters Stephanie and Kristina Cartwright, and her brother Victor Pajaro. She is also survived by her godchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family in Colombia.
