Obituary of Leslie Luck, Jr.

Leslie John Luck, Jr., 88, of Palm Coast, FL died Friday, January 5, 2018 at home with loving family by his side. Born in Princeton he resided in Kingston his entire life before moving to Florida in 2003. Leslie served as a First Lieutenant in the US Army during the Korean War.  After a long career in banking which included working for Princeton Bank and Trust, he retired in 1989 as Vice President of Chemical Bank New Jersey. He was a life member, Past President and Past Treasurer of the Kingston Volunteer Fire Company and a member of the Sunrise Group of the Peddie Golf Course.

 

Husband of the late Veronica June (Hunt) Luck, son of the late Leslie John and Catherine (Bruton) Luck, Sr., and brother of the late George T. Luck, Sr. and Kenneth E. Luck, Sr., he is survived by 4 sons and 3 daughters-in-law Steven and Laura Luck, Gary and Patti Luck, James and Laurie Luck, and Thomas Luck, a daughter and son-in-law Allison and Tom Ciaccio, a brother Norman H. Luck, Sr., his significant other Marilyn Luck, and 5 grandchildren Stefanie Morehead, Mallory Gazda and husband Matthew, Meghan Ciaccio, Jennifer Luck and Brian Luck.

 

The Funeral Service will be held 10am on Monday, January 15, 2018 at the M.J. Murphy Funeral Home 616 Ridge Road at New Road, Monmouth Junction. Burial will follow in the Kingston Presbyterian Church Cemetery.

Friends may call on Sunday, January 14 from 2-5 pm at the funeral home.
