Damon E. Ferber, 51, of Kendall Park, NJ passed away Saturday, July 31, 2021. He was born in West Islip, NY July 1, 1970 and moved to Edison, NJ when he was 5. Damon was a graduate of St Joseph’s High School, Metuchen NJ in the year 1988 and a graduate of Kean College, Union, NJ in 1992 earning a BSBA.
He was employed by Miller's Rentals for 30+ years and worked as a warehouse manager, fabricator of tents, and the MacGyver on the job.
His hobbies included hunting on the Ferber property in upstate, Andes, NY, restoring old Camaro’s and renovating his home. Baseball was also a passion of his and he enjoyed coaching the kids for many years. He touched many lives and was loved by all.
Predeceased by his father Raymond G. Ferber, Grandparents, Uncle Roland Riddle and cousin, Gary Riddle.
He is survived by his loving wife Debra Ann (Tamburino) Ferber, four children Justin, Kylie, Matthew and Alyssa, his mother Linda (Areskog) Kohn, stepfather, Steve Kohn of a Lake Worth, FL, sister, Danielle (Ferber) O’Donnell and husband Jerry of Lebanon PA, nieces, Corin and Savanna Doane, stepbrother Thomas Kohn of Morganville NJ and many beloved Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends
Visitation will be held on Wednesday August 11, 2021 from 3-5PM and 7-9PM at M.J. Murphy Funeral Home 616 Ridge Road Monmouth Junction.
Inurnment will follow at 10AM on Thursday August 12, 2021 at Holy Cross Burial Park Jamesburg.
