John Michael Palmarini, 68, of Dayton passed away on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital of New Brunswick.
Born and raised in New York City, NY, he was a lifelong resident of Dayton. He served in the United States Air Force. He was an electrician for New York University. John enjoyed playing baseball and softball and was a huge Yankees fan and New York sports fan. He loved to travel and enjoyed the beach and family vacations to Ocean City, MD.
Predeceased by his parents Anthony and Maryann (Ognibene) Palmarini; and his sister Maryann; he is survived by his wife of 36 years, Joyce B. (Parks) Palmarini; his daughter and son-in-law, Andrea and Bob Brennan; his granddaughter, Michele Shaylen Brennan; his brothers, Anthony, Vincent and Richard; his sister, Deborah; his Aunt Lucille; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Thursday, January 31, 2019 from 3-5 and 7-9pm at M.J. Murphy Funeral Home, 616 Ridge Road at New Road, Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852.
Funeral will begin at 9:30am on Friday, February 1, 2019 at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30am at St. Cecilia’s Church, 10 Kingston Lane, Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852. Entombment will follow in Woodbridge Memorial Gardens, Woodbridge.
