William J. Clancy, 62, of Toms River died Friday, March 31, 2017 at Jefferson Hospital, Philadelphia, PA surrounded by his loving family. Born in Jersey City raised in Secaucus he resided in Port Reading and South Brunswick before retiring to Toms River. Bill retired in 2014 with over 32 years of service with United Parcel Service, Secaucus.
Son of the late James G. and Marie (McCrystal) Clancy, brother of the late Marie Brown, he is survived by his wife of 37 years Joanne (Alesandro) Clancy, three sons Christopher and his wife Emily, Matthew and his fiancé Jen, Joseph and his girlfriend Kerry, a brother and sister in law James and Carol Clancy, a sister and brother in law Cookie and Dodie Valicenti, two grandchildren Ella and Ryan.
The Funeral will be held 9AM on Tuesday April 4th, 2017 from the MJ Murphy Funeral Home 616 Ridge Road at New Road, Monmouth Junction.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10AM St. Augustine of Canterbury Church 45 Henderson Road, Kendall Park.
Burial will be private.
Friends may call on Monday April 3rd, 2017 from 4 to 8PM at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions can be made to Cure SMA, Muscular Dystrophy Association, or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
