Madeline Mae Baker, 80, of Monmouth Junction died Sunday, March 12, 2017 at home.
Madeline was born October 10, 1936 in Jersey City, NJ. She was a registered nurse and having worked at hospitals and physicians’ offices, it was her work as a nurse for the Jamesburg School District that she enjoyed most. After her retirement as a school nurse in 1994 she worked part-time at a local medical office and volunteered as a domestic violence counselor.
She is predeceased by her parents Salvatore and Rose (Cioffi) Casais and her husband Willard F. Baker. She is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law, Kevin and Angela Baker, David and Valerie Baker, four grandchildren and their spouses, David Baker Jr., Ashley and Mohammad Abusaad, Julia and Brian Johnston, and Gregory Baker.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 19, 2017 from 2:00 – 4:00pm at M.J. Murphy Funeral Home, 616 Ridge Rd. at New Rd. Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852.
A Mass of a Christian Burial will be held 10:00am on Monday, March 20, 2017 at St. Cecilia’s Church, 10 Kingston Lane, Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852. Burial will be private.
