Mabel "Teddy" Elizabeth Manning Pue, 85, of Kendall Park, NJ, died on December 2, 2017 at her home.
The funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 2 pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 94 Claremont Rd, Franklin Park, NJ 08823. A memorial talk will be given by Brother George Lancaster.
Mabel was born in Trenton, New Jersey on May 3, 1932. She graduated from Trenton Central High school in 1951. Mabel started working right after high school and continued to work for the next 60 years, retiring from 3 different jobs. In 1954, Mabel received a beautiful inheritance from God, her daughter Beverly Ann Pue, who she lovingly called 'Missie'. Mabel enjoyed reading, it was her favorite pastime. On August 23, 2008, Mabel symbolized her dedication to serve Jehovah God by water baptism. From that time on, her favorite way to spend time was talking about Jehovah, and being with those who did the same.
Mabel is survived by her daughter, Beverly, her two grandchildren Kija (Sadiki) Fitzpatrick and Chaz Peterman, one great-grandson, Noah Kuti, two brothers William Manning Wilson and Charles (Mildred) Manning, 6 nieces, 3 nephews, and a host of cousins, and loving friends. Mabel is preceded in death by her parents Charlie and Bertie Manning and a special aunt Josephine (Aunt Honey) Smith.
